 **Formula Auditing:**

   - "Trace Precedents": This option shows arrows pointing to cells that are referenced by the active cell. It helps you understand the sources of data used in the formula.


   - "Trace Dependents": This option shows arrows pointing from the active cell to other cells that depend on its value. It helps you understand which cells are affected by changes to the formula.


   - "Remove Arrows": This option removes arrows previously added using "Trace Precedents" and "Trace Dependents."


   - "Error Checking": This option helps you identify and correct errors in your formulas. It shows a drop-down list with options for handling errors.


   - "Evaluate Formula": This option allows you to step through the evaluation of a formula, showing the intermediate results at each stage.


**Calculation:**

   - "Calculate Now": This option recalculates all formulas in the workbook.


   - "Calculate Sheet": This option recalculates all formulas on the active worksheet.


   - "Calculate Workbook": This option recalculates all formulas in the entire workbook.


   - "Calculation Options": This section lets you control various calculation settings, such as "Automatic," "Automatic Except for Data Tables," and "Manual."


**Calculation Options:**

   - "Enable Iterative Calculation": This option enables Excel to perform iterative calculations when a formula refers to its own cell.


   - "Enable Precision as Displayed": This option ensures that the displayed values in cells are used for subsequent calculations.


**Data:**

   - "What-If Analysis": This option allows you to perform different types of data analysis, such as Data Tables, Scenario Manager, and Goal Seek.
