Choose "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" from the context menu.

In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, select "All Commands" from the dropdown menu under "Choose commands from."

Scroll down the list of commands and find "Camera."

Select "Camera" and click the "Add" button in the middle to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.

The Camera Tool will now be available in the Quick Access Toolbar, represented by a camera icon.

Using the Camera Tool to take a screenshot:

Select the range of cells or chart that you want to capture as a screenshot.

Click on the Camera Tool icon in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Your cursor will change to a crosshair symbol.

Move the crosshair to the desired location in your workbook where you want to place the screenshot.

Click to insert the linked picture of the selected range or chart.

Benefits of using the Camera Tool:

The screenshot inserted using the Camera Tool is a dynamic linked picture, not a static image. It means any changes made to the original data in the source range or chart will automatically update in the screenshot.

This feature is particularly useful when you want to create dynamic dashboards or reports that display real-time data updates without the need to take new screenshots manually.
