Camera Tool in Excel Adding the Camera Tool to the Quick Access Toolbar in Excel Right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar, located above the ribbon (where the Save, Undo, and Redo buttons are). Choose "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" from the context menu. In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, select "All Commands" from the dropdown menu under "Choose commands from." Scroll down the list of commands and find "Camera." Select "Camera" and click the "Add" button in the middle to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.
